It’s hard to put into words what you have done for us. After a bad
experience in the past with another agent, it was so refreshing to meet
someone that was so professional.
Your presentation on how you would market our home was wonderful and we
were both impressed. You explained all the steps to us and the reason
why we should price our house where we did. We needed your input because
we really didn’t know what we needed to do or how it should be done. For
this we knew we needed a professional.
We chose you because you had already sold 13 homes in our neighborhood.
You sold them fast, which told us that you were good at what you do.
The virtual tour you had done of our home, actually made me want to buy
it---------the house looked great! You kept in constant contact with us
and guided us in making good decisions. Our home had a good viable offer
within a little over a week. I attribute this to you following up with
the agents that were showing my house and your great marketing of my
home. The appointment center was calling me all day scheduling
appointments, and we accepted every one of them.
When offers came in that weren’t good offers, you led us through them
explaining why we shouldn’t take them. When the right one came again you
where there to help us make good educated decisions.
We then needed your help in finding our dream home. You jumped into
finding us something right away. When we found the perfect place, you
helped us to know the right questions to ask the builder and what we
needed to do in order to get all that we needed to from them. We
absolutely love our new home.
We both not only feel that we hired the best real estate agent in the
area, we also feel that we gained a good friend. You never acted rushed
or tired of our questions and for that we thank you. We wish you all the
best in your career and will refer anyone in need of a real estate agent
to you.
